SHIPPING
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Please allow 5-10 business days after placing your order for it to arrive. Each canvas is made to order, and quality takes time. We will not send a canvas that we would not hang on our walls.
WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?
We use UPS and Fedex, depending on where the package is being delivered too. Your package will not require a signature except for canvases larger than 40x30.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
WHAT IF MY CANVAS IS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING?
This does happen from time to time, but have no fear! Simply contact us to let us know, provide a picture of the damage, and we will be more than happy to ship you a replacement.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will be happy to take returns within 90 days of delivery. Free returns are available for US customers only. We cannot provide a return label for international orders. For US customers, A prepaid shipping label will be provided up to 30 days after delivery.
If the prepaid label is not postmarked within 30 days after you receive it, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. For international customers or any return requests made past 30 days will be required to pay their own return shipping. The canvas should be in its original condition and returned in the original packaging. Once we received your return, you will be refunded the full amount of your order upon receiving the canvas back in an unharmed condition.
