DOES MY CANVAS COME READY TO HANG?
Yes! Every order will come wrapped around 1.5 inch thick all-natural wooden stretcher bars.
Canvases with a side longer than 36” will have two sawtooth hangers even spaced on the back so your canvas is ready to hang, right out of the box! Canvases smaller than 36” will have one sawtooth hanger attached in the center back of the canvas.
If you choose the Black Frame option, your canvas will come gallery wrapped with a matte black floater frame.
WHERE ARE THE CANVASES MADE?
All of our canvases are made in the U.S.A. with premium-grade materials and real wooden frames.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Each canvas is made to order. Once you place an order, it should ship out in 3-5 business days.
Once your order ships, it usually takes about 4-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location in the USA. For international orders and orders outside of the lower 48 states, it will take 10-12 business days for your order to arrive after shipping. If you have any questions about your order during the process, feel free to contact our support team at email@example.com. Please note, international orders may be responsible for duties or taxes at the time of delivery.
CAN I RETURN MY CANVAS?
We realize people make mistakes and it's our job to make sure you're absolutely happy with your order. Our canvases come with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you're experiencing immediate buyer remorse, you may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase! Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and why you are canceling.
We accept returns up to 90 days after delivery and will provide a prepaid return label up to 30 days after delivery, for any US based customers. If the prepaid label is not postmarked within 30 days after you receive it, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. International customers or any return requests made past the 30 days will be required to pay their own return shipping.
If you wish to return your canvas after it has been received, contact us at email@example.com with your order number and why you are returning. Make sure to return the canvas to us in undamaged, original condition and we'll take care of the rest.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY CANVAS CAME DAMAGED?
We have had our boxes specifically designed to protect your canvas while in shipping. Canvases are held securely in the center of the box and will either come in a plastic bag to keep out moisture or will be shrink-wrapped to a pad in order to keep them from moving during transportation. Of course, accidents happen. If your canvas does come damaged, we will send out a replacement, free of charge. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and pictures of the canvas damage and we will get a replacement taken care of.
